About

Sustainability Institute's Energy Efficiency Summit is a one-day, high-impact gathering designed to bring together global oil & gas leaders, energy transition innovators, industrial stakeholders, technologists, policymakers, and financiers. Happening on 23rd October 2025 in Dallas Marriott against the backdrop of accelerating climate imperatives and evolving energy markets, this summit will spotlight how efficiency, decarbonization, and cross-sector integration are re-shaping energy’s future.

Summit Participation

Involvement

The Energy Efficiency Summit will be held in Dallas, bringing together experts, researchers, and industry leaders to discuss the latest innovations driving sustainability and energy transition. All participants must submit their abstracts via email before the submission deadline, as late entries will not be accepted. Once an abstract is accepted, participants will receive an email with instructions for accessing the conference portal to upload their final papers. Further details regarding the event schedule, venue logistics, and arrangements will be provided to ensure a seamless experience on the day of the summit.

The Energy Efficiency Summit will take place at the Dallas Marriott Downtown, 650 North Pearl Street, Dallas, TX 75201, on October 23, 2025.

The abstract submission deadline is October 10, 2025, and the final submission deadline is October 17, 2025.

Submission

You can submit your abstract before the deadline. Your abstract will be assessed and reviewed. You will be emailed a notice of acceptance once your abstract has been accepted then you will have to submit your paper. You will be notified via email if your research paper is accepted. Prior to the conference date, submission of presentation is also required. You can submit your abstracts at contact@sustainabilityinstitue.com


The Article/ Paper due date is 17th Oct 2025.
